EQIP 2008 Other Eligibility Criteria
1. Established federal cost shared practices that are within lifespan must be
in compliance with the O&M plan or equivalent document or agreement.
2. Existing federal contracts must be on schedule and in compliance with current
EQIP manual and the contracting manual. Practices scheduled for year 2007 and
not installed or reported are exempt. Practices scheduled for year 2006 and
earlier must be installed and reported to be considered in compliance and on
schedule.
3. If applicable, irrigation history certification must be signed by applicant.
4. If land is leased, applicant must have control of the land for length of
contract and lifespan of practices. A lease or a “control of land” form must be
signed by landowner.
