LIMITED RESOURCE FARMER DEFINITIONS - October 26, 2007

General Definition:

A Limited Resource Farmer is:

1. A person with direct or indirect farm sales not more than $116,800 per year in each of the last two years
AND

2. A person with a total household income at or below the following income levels for the respective county in each of the last two years:

  • New Castle County - $30,898
  • Kent County - $24,137
  • Sussex - $23,111
